(pictures, decorations, fragile belongings). If there’s heavy furniture,

It’s completely up to you. Many clients prefer to be away during the
workday. Your Project Manager will keep you updated daily so you will always know what’s happening through calls/texts and site visits.
Our goal is to finish on time, every time. If weather or unexpected
conditions delay us, your Project Manager will communicate changes promptly and give you a revised schedule.
Sometimes hidden issues (drywall damage, rotted wood, etc.) only
appear after work begins. If this happens, we’ll pause, explain the issue, and provide an updated plan and pricing before moving forward. Explore all our painting services.
We use professional drop cloths, plastic, and masking to protect floors, furniture, and landscaping. Our crews also clean up daily so your space stays livable throughout the project.
Your Project Manager is your dedicated point of contact. They’ll call you before the project starts, visit the site daily, and provide regular updates. They are there to hold your hand throughout the process.
Final payment is due once the project is complete, after the walkthrough and any touch-ups have been addressed. We ask for deposits at scheduling, and your Project Coordinator will confirm your preferred payment method.
